You do not have to be an artist or a professional writer to keep an "art-filled" journal. You will explore the world of illustrated journaling using many different materials such as watercolor, colored pencils, pen and ink, collage, clipart, and photos to name a few. Create a memory journal for that once-in-a-lifetime trip or find new meaning in your daily life as you explore the connection between creativity and joy. Basic Design

Learn to work with the elements of design - line, shape, form, value, texture and color - to lay a foundation for visual expression in drawing, painting, sculpture or other media. Collage Art From Everyday Items New

Make art from keepsakes, memorabilia, and even old clothes. Using photographs, magazines, unique found objects, fabrics, paint, and glue; a series of expressive collage art pieces will be created. Whether you are looking to improve your picture taking skills of friends and family, or want to cover business events more effectively, this course is designed for you. You will explore natural portraiture, as well as action photography and event coverage.
