Participate in demonstrations, experience hands-on practice and sample delicious, fresh, warm breads! You will learn the techniques and methods of various enriched breads such as Challah, brioche and focaccia and lean breads such as baguettes, and petite pan along with artisan hearth rye bread and flax seed sourdough.
