Two members of a Rotary Club from Nigeria, Folasade Obomighie and Zaynab Mu'azu, visited A-B Tech's Small Business Center and Incubator April 7 as part of a larger team that came to the United States to study business models and make business contacts.
Obomighie has a degree in computer engineering, and works with Hephzibah Computer Engineers Limited. She is responsible for website development and staff recruitment. Mu'azu earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's in strategic marketing. She has set up a company to provide management and marketing consulting in the public and private sector.
Obomighie and Mu'auz looked at the A-B Tech Small Business Incubator model for ideas to be replicated in Nigeria. They also toured the incubator and meet with various tenants to discuss their business experiences.
"This opportunity offered another exciting chance for us to showcase our internationally-recognized program and share valuable business development information that will assist people in other countries," said Russ Yelton, Executive Director of Entrepreneurial Ventures and Business Incubation.
