Welcome, New Employees

The College welcomes three full-time employees who have accepted staff and faculty positions over the past month.

Ashley Bledsoe, Records Management Secretary, received her B.A. from UNC Chapel Hill. She has been the Registration and Records Coordinator at Wilkes Community College for more than three years and the Purchasing and Inventory Control Technician at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital in Elkin for four years. She also served as an Accounts Payable Clerk for Wingate University.

Maura Davis, SSA/Early Childhood, received her B.S. from the University of Denver, her M.S. from the University of Rhode Island, and her Ph.D. from the University of Oregon. She has been an adjunct instructor for the Early Childhood Education program at A-B Tech for the past nine years. She has also served as an Associate Research Scientist for the Center for Excellence in Early Childhood Education at the Puckett Institute in Asheville.

Angela Dunagin-Sellers, Nursing Instructor, received her A.A. and A.A.S. from Hinds Community College in Jackson, MS, and her B.S.N. from the University of Mississippi. She has been a Practical Nursing Instructor at Hinds Community College for five years. She was also an RN Evening Shift Supervisor at Hudspeth Regional Center for Developmental Disabilities in Whitfield, MS.
