Capstone Showcases Baking and Pastry Arts
Second-year Baking and Pastry Arts student Allie Steinhoff presents her capstone project to be judged by a panel of local chefs during a reception April 9. Graduating students prepared their own bakeshop of truffles, cakes, candies, pastries and other sugar creations for their final project.
