Blackboard Basics

This 2-hour hands-on workshop is designed to help faculty gain
familiarity and use Blackboard to: post course announcements; provide
contact information; publish the course syllabus and other course
materials; manage an online Gradebook and handle other essential tasks.
This session is a terrific way to get started with Blackboard and learn
some important best practices.
Intentional Education/Instructional Design

Course Development/Intentional Education values and supports both
faculty and students. It focuses on a clear definition of educational
outcomes and promotes the use of course and program data to drive
improvement. High value is placed on achieving goals through teamwork,
collaboration, and communication. In this overview presentation we will
discuss the steps involved. Faculty decides which are appropriate for
them and discover resources available.
