A-B Tech Online - How do I use my campus email account?
All enrolled A-B Tech students are provided with a student email account. This account is used for all College communications with you as a student (both administrative and course-related), so be sure to check your email frequently (at least two or three times each week).
What is my email address, username and password?
Your A-B Tech email address is the same as your Blackboard username, followed by @students.abtech.edu. So for example, if your Blackboard user name is leeqstudent, then your A-B Tech email address is leeqstudent@students.abtech.edu
How do I login?
Your login page is: http://www.google.com/a/students.abtech.edu/
The first time you login
The first time you login to your A-B Tech email account you will be asked to agree to the Terms of Service. This is a Google account and you will find that your account comes with many useful additional services - take some time to explore these features.

The login page has an "I cannot access my account" link that will help if you have forgotten your passsword. For more information activating your account.
Forwarding your Email to Another Account
You may wish to set up your email acount to forward to a preferred personal account. To do this, click the Email icon when you login to your account, then choose Settings at the top right of your screen, and select the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab. You will find various forwarding options to select from. Choose "Forward a copy of incoming mail to" to simply have your mail forwarded to another email address.
Always remember to sign out from your email account if you are using a public computer!
BEST PRACTICES: When you send email to your instructor, be sure to include your full name and the course ID, either in your Subject line or the first line of your email message.
