Steps for Faculty to Request Proctoring

  1. Complete and submit the Instructor Assignment Information Form explaining testing times and other parameters of the assignment. (This Proctoring Service is meant solely for Classes that meet in-person and need individual make-up Tests Proctored in-person)
  2. Provide the student with the link to the Bookings site to schedule a proctoring session: Proctoring sessions require 48-hour advance notice.
  3. Drop tests off to the librarian at the circulation desk in the library. Label test(s) with the class (prefix, number, and section), the student’s name, and the student ID#. The Library will deliver the test(s) to our Program Advising Center mailbox.
