Registration Dates & Deadlines

When to Register

• Year-round registration for current and continuing students begins March 31. Students will be able to register for Summer 2025, Fall 2025, and Spring 2026.
• New students for the Summer 2025 term will be able to register on April 7, 2025.
• New students for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 will be able to register on June 16, 2025.

Registration Deadlines

There is no single deadline for registration. A class's registration deadline depends on the class start date, length, and method of instruction (online, seated, or hybrid).

For classes 14 weeks or longer, students may add the class up to 48 hours after the start of the first class meeting. For fully online classes that are 14 weeks or longer, students may add the class up to 48 hours after the class’s start date (through the third day of class).

For classes shorter than 14 weeks, students may add the class until the class meets for the first time. For fully online classes that are shorter than 14 weeks, students may add the class through the end of the start date for the class.

Payment Deadlines

Summer 2025

(Billing information for Summer 2025 will be available at the time of registration)

• Friday, May 9, 2025, at 12:00 noon – for classes that begin on May 16
• Friday, May 17, 2025, at 12:00 noon – for classes that begin between May 16 - May 30.
• At the time of registration – if you register for classes that start after May 30

Fall 2025

(Billing information for Fall 2025 will be available after July 1, 2025)

• Friday, August 15, 2024, at 12:00 noon – for early registration for a section that starts August 25
• Friday, August 22, 2025 at 12 noon – for late registration for sections that start August 25- September 5
• At the time of registration – if you register for classes after August 22

Spring 2025

(Billing information for Spring 2026 will be available after October 31, 2025)

• Friday, December 12, 2025, at 12:00 noon – for sections that start January 16, 2026
• Friday, January 9, 2026, at 12:00 noon – for late registration for sections that start January 16 - January 23, 2026
• At the time of registration – if you register for classes after January 9

Students must pay in full, set up a payment plan, or have financial aid fully processed and in place to hold their seats in their classes.

Financial Aid

It's not too late to apply for financial aid! You can view Financial Aid Dates & Deadlines on our website. Students who apply for financial aid late may need to set up a payment plan at Pay For Classes for possible reimbursement.

You can confirm whether you have financial aid in place by going to your Self-Service account.

Drop and Withdrawal Deadlines

There are multiple deadlines to drop and withdraw from classes for the current semester, depending on the dates of the class.
