Contract Negotiations

This course covers theory, strategies, techniques, and tactics for negotiating contracts, and principles and practices of negotiations for government, corporate, or institutional procurements. Topics include the preparation and conduct of negotiations and methods of dealing with situations under different types of negotiations. Upon completion, students should be able to effectively negotiate contracts.
