This course covers the techniques to correctly research and define the target market to increase sales for start-up businesses or to expand current businesses. Topics include how to target the market and meet customers’ needs with a limited budget in the early stages of the life of a start-up business. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of how to correctly target the market for a start-up business with limited resources.
