New Student Orientation (NSO) is available online and in person.
New Student Orientation (NSO) provides important enrollment information to incoming students including accessing and using student online tools. NSO can be completed online or in-person and is required before registering for curriculum classes.
Note: Students will not be required to complete New Student Orientation if 1) they have obtained a degree ( Associate’s degree or higher ) or 2) are a visiting student from another institution (must be indicated in the student application to the College) or 3) were a recent dual-enrolled (Career and College Promise), high school student.
If the student did not complete these questions on the application and has a degree, please provide an unofficial college transcript to the Admissions Staff in the K. Ray Bailey Building on the Victoria Road Asheville campus, and the waiver will be placed on the student record.
