Tuition Refunds
(If you drop your class or if it is canceled.) These refunds are scheduled on the 2nd of each month.
- Payments made by cash and check will be disbursed through BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc. Follow these steps to set up your profile to receive your refunds:
- Log in at Self-Service
- On the left, click Financial Information
- Under Student Finance, select Refund Setup
- Set up your profile to select how you want your money delivered

- Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card. If you no longer have the card, please contact businessoffice@abtech.edu
Financial Aid Refunds
These refunds are scheduled on the 10th of each month or the Friday before the 10th if the 10th falls on a weekend or a Monday.
