Financial Aid and Tuition Refunds


Tuition Refunds

(If you drop your class or if it is canceled.) These refunds are scheduled on the 2nd of each month - Fall Tuition Refunds will begin on August 2nd.

  • Payments made by cash and check will be disbursed through BankMobile. Please make sure you select your refund preference with BankMobile.
  • Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card. If you no longer have the card, please contact businessoffice@abtech.edu

 

Financial Aid Refunds

These refunds are scheduled on the 10th of each month. Fall disbursements will be September 10th, October 10th, November 10th and December 10th

A-B Tech has partnered with BankMobile, to disburse our student refunds. If you are new to the service, you may have questions. Visit the BankMobile website for more information.

BankMobile Refund Selection

If you haven't yet selected your BankMobile refund preference, you can follow these instructions to select your preference:

  1. Go to Refund Selection
  2. Get Personal Code
    • In the middle of the page select “Need a Code?”
    • Enter school name exactly as follows: Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College
    • Enter your student email address
    • Continue
    • The code will be emailed to your student email address
  3. Go back to Refund Selection
  4. Enter Personal Code
  5. Create your login information
  6. Select how you would like your money
  7. Complete your profile
