Presidential Search
The Search Committee outlined and agreed to the following actions for the Presidential Search:
- The College will host three campus-wide forums to offer faculty and staff an opportunity to share what characteristics they would like to see in a new President. Two forums will be held on the Victoria Road campus, and one on the Madison County campus.
- An electronic survey will be sent to all employees to complete for the Committee to use as input for final decision-making.
- The new President of A-B Tech will be required to live in either Buncombe or Madison County.
- The Board Secretary will take notes at each forum, and create a profile of what the College is looking for in a President. The profile will be presented to the full Board.
- All applications will be anonymous and directed to the Campbell Shatley Law Firm. After the application cut-off date, all applications will be compiled and forwarded to the full Board for final selection.
