The RISE committee voted to give the Trailblazer RISE Award to all the employees this spring for how everyone has responded to the challenge of what we have had to accomplish these past months.
Our employees have stepped up and are making an amazing effort to keep our college community moving forward in the spirit that RISE epitomizes: that of Respect, Integrity, and Support for Everyone. All employees will receive the pictured RISE lapel pin.
Dr. Joe Barwick, our interim president from February through June, has donated a tree and plaque to the college in commemoration of the Trailblazer RISE Award. The October Glory Red Maple tree will be planted near the gazebo across from the event center.
