Culinary Student Henry Sink worked with Chris Moore, Executive Chef of the Stable Café, to win first place at the Cajun Cook Off presented by Asheville Mardi Gras. Henry started with Biltmore as a Culinary Extern and was hired following completion of his internship at Stable Café. The winning item they prepared was the Chicken and Andouille Gumbo that is on the current lunch menu at Stable Café.
