A-B Tech Community College students who graduated on May 13 from the first Health & Fitness Science program had a 100 percent pass rate for their American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Training certification exam. They are now Certified Personal Trainers.
Graduate Philip Martin came to A-B Tech after researching programs to become a nutritionist. The Health and Fitness Science program appealed to him because it combines physical fitness with eating healthy. “I am getting a real education with the skills I am going to use in my career. I have grown up since I have been here at A-B Tech,” he said.
