The annual Biology Department plant sale raised more than $6,000, and about 2,000 plants were sold from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on April 26. The sale provides scholarships to help students so that they can focus more on academic success and less on financial burden. The Gnilka Scholarship is named in memory of Arnie and Sarah Gnilka, former educators.
