Through the state's Customized Training Program, which provides funding and other resources, A-B Tech develops and delivers training in the broad categories of Lean and continuous improvement, quality, leadership, safety, and business support.

Training is also customized to the client's needs in job-specific, technical areas such as manufacturing process and equipment specifics, automation, industrial controls, industrial maintenance, and engineering topics (GD&T and 3D modeling, for example). Other customized training services include workforce recruitment, pre-employment assessment programs, and connection to A-B Tech's Workplace Learning team.
