This scholarship was established in 2018 by Brad and Shelly Blackburn. It is provided to first-year students enrolled in any curriculum program. Other qualifications include a 2.5 GPA or higher, and enrollment full-time or part-time. This scholarship is renewable for a second year if the student continues to meet the GPA requirements.
The scholarship application process for 2025-26 Foundation scholarships is open from February 1 to April 18.
