This scholarship was established in 2018 by Brad and Shelly Blackburn. It is provided to first-year students enrolled in any curriculum program. Other qualifications include 2.5 GPA or higher; enrolled full or part-time. This scholarship is renewable for a second year if the student continues to meet the GPA requirements.
The scholarship application process for Foundation scholarships begins January – April.
