This scholarship was established in memory of a respected educator, Jessie Copp Kramer, who taught in schools in Hominy Valley for many years. She also influenced many generations of young people in the community, and, like A-B Tech, helped students realize their dreams.
The scholarship application process for 2025-26 Foundation scholarships is open from February 1 to April 18.
