Culinary Student Henry Sink worked with Chris Moore, Executive Chef of the Stable Café, to win first place at the Cajun Cook Off presented by Asheville Mardi Gras. Henry started with Biltmore as a Culinary Extern and was hired following completion of his internship at Stable Café.

Brady Services presented two scholarships to students in the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Technology Program. The Mike Bradley Memorial Scholarship is provided by Brady Services through the NC Association of Community College Facility Operations (ACCFO).
