This course offers an understanding of the basic tools used in LEAN Six Sigma Continuous Improvement strategies. Yellow Belt training covers some of the basic improvement methodologies and the metrics required to test and demonstrate their efficacy. Many organizations call on their "Certified Yellow Belts" to serve as a "Subject Matter Expert" (SME) and/or as an important team member on important projects. By providing significant tools--concepts and methodologies--Yellow Belt training enables students to increase both the role and value they bring to the larger processes and goals of their company.
