This scholarship was established in memory of Osborne M. Hart. It is awarded to African-American students who have been accepted into a curriculum program at A-B Tech and who are enrolled as full-time students. Osborne Hart was a native of Asheville, President of Hart Funeral Services, and a devoted community leader. A retired Lt. Colonel, he was also a U.S. Army veteran of WWII, Korea, and Vietnam.
The scholarship application process for Foundation scholarships begins January – April.
