  1. This course is designed to increase speed and improve accuracy in keyboarding. Emphasis is placed on diagnostic tests to identify accuracy and speed deficiencies followed by corrective drills. Upon completion, students should be able to keyboard rhythmically with greater accuracy and speed.

  9. This course covers the rights and responsibilities that the law grants to or imposes upon the hospitality industry. Topics include federal and state regulations, historical and current practices, safety and security, risk management, loss prevention, relevant torts, and contracts.

  10. This course covers the laws and regulatory environment particular to the brewing, distillation and fermentation industry.
