Greetings from A-B Tech Dining! Below are the dinner menus for October 23, 2025. We will take reservation requests on Monday, October 20, starting at 10:00 a.m., by email at reservations@abtech.edu. We do not accept phone reservations. Please make only one reservation request for each party. Be sure to indicate the number in your party, and your time preference (if you are flexible on reservation time, that will increase your chances of a reservation). We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks. If the number in your party changes from the original reservation or you must cancel, we ask that you contact reservations@abtech.edu with your requested changes.

Chinese, Japanese, and Korean a la Carte Dinner in Fernihurst

($24 pp; reservation times 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.)

**Parties of two may be seated with another party of two**

Appetizer (Guest selects one)

  • Glazed Pork Belly Bao Buns with Pickled Vegetables
  • Gimmari – Fried Seaweed Rolls with Red Dragon Sauce

Entrée (Guest selects one)

  • Peking Style Duck Breast, Fried Jasmine Rice, XO Green Beans, and Rousong
  • Braised Short Ribs & Congee
  • Chicken Yakitori, “Okonomiyaki” Japanese Savory Pancake with Green Onion and Bonito Flakes

 

Chinese, Japanese, and Korean Take Out from Fernihurst

($24 pp; pick up any time between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.)

  • Appetizer: Pork Gyoza with Ginger Tamari Sauce
  • Entrée: “Bulgogi Bibimbap” Marinated Steak, Rice, Fried Egg, Vegetables, and Kimchi

Dinner will include a Chef’s Choice of bread and dessert

Please note that, as these are preset menus designed and prepared by the students, food substitutions due to dietary restrictions may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
