Greetings from A-B Tech Dining! Below is the dinner menu for September 24, 2026. We will take reservation requests Monday, September 21, starting at 10 am by email at reservations@abtech.edu. We do not accept phone reservations. Please make only ONE reservation request for each party. Be sure to indicate the number in your party, indicate takeout or dine-in, and your time preference (if you are flexible on reservation time, that will increase your chances of a reservation). We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks. If the number in your party changes from the original reservation or you must cancel, we ask that you contact reservations@abtech.edu with your requested changes.
There will be no public lunch service on Thursday, September 24!
Spanish a la Carte Dinner in Fernihurst
($24 pp; reservation times 5 and 5:30)

Appetizer (Guest selects one)
- Calamari Frita, Patatas Bravas
- Croquetas de Pollo, Romesco Sauce
Entrée (Guest selects one)
- Fricando – Catalan Beef Stew, Fried Potatoes
- Smoked Chicken Paella Valencia with Roasted Peppers and Artichokes
- Atún Encebollado – Tuna in Caramelized Onions and Tomato, White Bean Puree, Aioli
Spanish Takeout from Fernihurst
($24 pp; pick up any time between 4:30 and 5:00)

- Shrimp in Escabeche
Entrée:
Moorish-style Chicken Skewers
- Mojo Verde
- Dressed Potatoes
- Catalan-style Spinach
Dinner will include a Chef’s Choice of bread and dessert
Please note, as these are preset menus designed and prepared by the students, food substitutions due to dietary restrictions may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
Window Market
The Baking & Pastry Arts students offer baked goods on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. in the Magnolia Building Lobby. All items are $2.50 + tax. Supplies are limited. Please limit to four items per customer.

Noon Market
The Baking & Pastry Arts students offer baked goods on Thursdays at 12:00 noon in the Magnolia Building Lobby. Sandwich combos are $9 + tax; all other items are $2.50 + tax. Supplies are limited. Please limit to one sandwich and/or four items per customer.
