Spring/Fall Culinary Arts/Baking & Pastry Arts Productions


The Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts students of A-B Tech present Thursday Productions at The Brumit Center for Culinary Arts and Hospitality on the A-B Tech main campus. The students prepare meals and baked goods for the public on Thursdays in the Spring and Fall semesters. Payments by cash and card. Reservations are required for lunch and dinner productions. Window Market does not require a reservation. To make a reservation, please email reservations@abtech.edu to sign up for the weekly reservations emails.

Hot Food Team BBQ Takeout Fundraiser

The A-B Tech Culinary Arts Hot Food Team will be competing in the American Chef Federation's National Competition in New Orleans this summer. The team is cooking a barbeque takeout meal on April 13th as a fundraiser for the trip. Meals are $12 by cash or check only and will be available between noon and 1 p.m. at the Fernihurst house next to the Magnolia Building (30 Tech Dr.) We begin taking reservations at reservations@abtech.edu on Friday, March 24.

Meals include:

  • Pulled pork
  • Cheerwine BBQ sauce
  • Coleslaw
  • Baked beans
  • Cornbread
