Menu for Thursday, February 26, 2026

Below is the lunch and dinner menu for February 26, 2026. We will take reservation requests starting at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026. To request a reservation, email reservations@abtech.edu beginning at 11:00 am. No phone reservations will be accepted. Reservations will be confirmed via email.

Gourmet Express Lunch*

We are pleased to continue to offer our Gourmet Express Lunch concept. Students will learn to focus on quality execution for seated dining. Reservation times are 12:00 noon, 12:15 p.m., and 12:30 p.m. Lunches will include a choice of entrée, artisan bread, and dessert for only $15 + tax.<

When making your reservation, please include the following information in your email:

  1. How many people are in your party
    • You may reserve from two to eight people at a table
  2. Your preferred arrival time and whether you are flexible if we are not able to accommodate your first choice; please note that it is important to arrive as close to your reserved time as possible.
  3. You will order your lunch at the table; no pre-orders will be accepted

Classical Dinner*

Classical dinners will be served in the beautifully restored Fernihurst House. These dinners are our most elegant service of the year as we offer modern American versions of classical cuisine. Dinner is a five-course fixed menu, which includes tableside service elements that change from week to week. For evening dining in Fernihurst, we only accept reservations for parties of exactly four people. Seating times are 5:00 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. The cost of dinner is $35 per person plus tax, which includes a complimentary glass of wine. Please indicate your reservation time preference, or if you are flexible. Reservations are extremely limited.

Window Market

The Baking & Pastry Arts students offer baked goods on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. in the Magnolia Building Lobby. All items are $2.50 + tax. Supplies are limited. Please limit four items per customer.
