Greetings from A-B Tech Dining! Below are the lunch and dinner menus for September 18, 2025. We will take reservation requests on Monday, September 15, starting at 10:00 a.m., by email at reservations@abtech.edu. We do not accept phone reservations. Please make only ONE reservation request for each party.
Be sure to indicate your preference for lunch or dinner, the number in your party, and your time preference (if you are flexible on reservation time, that will increase your chances of a reservation). Please indicate if you are ordering takeout at dinner or wish to have a seated reservation.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks. If the number in your party changes from the original reservation or you must cancel, we ask that you contact reservations@abtech.edu with your requested changes.
Italian Buffet Stations in Magnolia
($15 pp, reservation times 12:00 noon, 12:15 p.m., and 12:30 p.m.)
- Stuffed Pork Loin – Basil and Pancetta-stuffed Pork Loin, Polenta Cake with Gorgonzola, Pickled Red Onions, Sauteed Green Vegetables, Balsamic Sauce
- White Bean Soup – Stewed White Beans in a rich aromatic stock, Escarole, and regional garnishes
- Potato Gnocchi in Pesto Sauce, Sauté of Fennel with Parmigiano, Prosciutto Crisps
- Chicken Scaloppine Marsala – Chicken Breast in a Marsala Gravy, sauté of Mushrooms and Shallot, Risotto Milanese, Cauliflower with Pine Nuts and Raisins
- Chef’s Choice of breads and desserts
Italian à la Carte Dinner in Fernihurst
($24 pp; reservation times 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.)

Appetizer (Guest selects one)
- Fontina Arancini with Roasted Red Pepper Compote and Pickled Cherry Peppers
- Tuscan Cannellini Bean Soup with Italian Sausage
Entrée (Guest selects one)
- Spinach and Goat Cheese Tortellini with Basil Walnut Cream Sauce
- Beef Ossobuco with Orange Gremolada, Polenta, and Roasted Vegetables
- Poached Acqua Pazza, Garlic Crostini, Tomato, Fennel
Italian Take Out from Fernihurst
($24 pp; pick up any time between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.)
- Appetizer: “Insalata Caprese” – Tomato Salad with Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, and Infused Balsamic Reduction
- Entrée: “Frutti di Mare” – Seafood in Tomato Sauce with Fresh Pasta, Olives, and Torta de Aceite
Dinner (both seated and to-go) will include a Chef’s Choice of bread and dessert
Please note that, as these are preset menus designed and prepared by the students, food substitutions due to dietary restrictions may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
Window Market
The Baking Certificate students will be offering an assortment of baked goods on Thursday, September 18, 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in the lobby of the Magnolia Building. All items are $2.50 + tax each. There is a limit of two of each item per customer, please. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks. The menu for September 18 will be posted on Tuesday, September 16.
