Below is the dinner menu for February 5, 2026. We will take reservation requests starting at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026. To request a reservation, email reservations@abtech.edu beginning at 11:00 a.m. No phone reservations will be taken. Reservations will be confirmed via email.
There will be no public dining for lunch on Thursday, February 5.
Classical Dinner*
Classical dinners will be served in the beautifully restored Fernihurst House. These dinners are our most elegant service of the year as we offer modern American versions of classical cuisine. Dinner is a five-course fixed menu, which includes tableside service elements that change from week to week. For evening dining in Fernihurst, we only accept reservations for parties of exactly four people. Seating times are 5:00 and 5:15. The cost of dinner is $35 per person plus tax, which includes a complimentary glass of wine. Please indicate your reservation time preference, or if you are flexible. Reservations are extremely limited.

Window Market
Window Market will be on Thursday, February 5th, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Magnolia Building lobby. All items are $2.50 + tax. Customers are limited to 4 items. The market menu will be shared on Wednesday, February 4.
