The Department of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management is excited to offer our fall dining experiences to guests. We will again be offering our popular international menus in the lovely dining rooms of both the Magnolia and Fernihurst Buildings. Please be aware, if you request a table for two at lunch or dinner, you may be seated with another party of two.
Lunch will be international buffet stations, with students plating food in the Tillman Dining Room for your enjoyment. While at each station, you are encouraged to talk to our students and learn about the various dishes and traditions of that nation’s culinary culture each week. The price for lunch is $15.00 plus tax (Harvest Buffet Lunch on November 20 is only open to A-B Tech employees). Lunch will be served in Magnolia at 12:00 noon, 12:15 p.m., and 12:30 p.m. for parties of two to eight people.
Dinner guests will enjoy à la carte dining in Fernihurst. These dinners offer a choice of appetizers, entrées, and dessert representing the weekly themed cuisine. The price of $24 plus tax includes all three courses (Harvest Buffet evening service is $26.00 plus tax and will be a buffet in Magnolia). Seating times for the à la carte dinners in Fernihurst are at 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. for parties of two, four, or six people.
Additionally, we will be offering dinners for take-out, which will be a set menu of appetizer, entrée, and dessert, and will be available for pick up between 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 pm.
Reservations are required and may be requested by emailing at 10:00 a.m. on the Monday of the week you would like to dine (email: reservations@abtech.edu). We do not take reservation requests by phone. If we have room for your reservation, we will call or email you by that afternoon.
Please submit only one reservation request per party. Because this is a classroom lab experience, we have almost no ability to accommodate dietary restrictions or requests. Menus will be posted on a weekly basis for upcoming dates. Payment can be made with cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
