Spring 2026 Culinary Arts Productions


The Department of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management is happy to announce our spring 2026 dining production schedule. We will be offering our popular menus in a seated dine-in experience for lunch and dinner. Menus will be sent weekly for all upcoming dining productions; our first public dining opportunity will be Thursday, January 29, 2026. Window Market will also return.

Reservations are required and may be requested by emailing at 11:00 a.m. on the Monday of the week you would like to dine (email: reservations@abtech.edu). We will email you regarding reservation confirmation. We accept cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). Personal checks are not accepted. Please remember that reservations are extremely limited. We do not accept reservations by phone. We accept reservations by email only, and do not accept reservations prior to 11:00 a.m. on the Monday of the dining event. Thank you for supporting A-B Tech Culinary and Hospitality programs. Gourmet Express Lunch

We are pleased to continue to offer our Gourmet Express Lunch concept. Students will learn to focus on quality execution in a seated dining format. Reservation times are 12:00 p.m., 12:15 p.m., and 12:30 p.m. Lunches will include a choice of entrée, artisan bread, and dessert for only $15 + tax.<

When making your reservation, please include the following information in your email:

  1. How many people in the party: you may reserve from two to eight people at a table
  2. Your preferred arrival time and whether you are flexible if we are not able to accommodate your first choice; please note that it is important to arrive as close as possible to your reserved time
  3. You will order your meal when you are seated; no pre-ordering of menu items is available, and no menu substitutions are available.

 

Classical Dinners in Fernihurst

Classical dinners will be served in the beautifully restored Fernihurst House. These dinners are our most elegant service of the year as we offer modern American versions of classical cuisine. Dinner is a five-course fixed menu, which includes tableside service elements that change from week to week. For evening dining in Fernihurst, we only accept reservations for parties of exactly four people. Seating times are 5:00 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. The cost of dinner is $35 per person plus tax, which includes a complimentary glass of wine.

Please note that, as these are preset menus designed and prepared by the students, we are unable to make food substitutions due to allergies or dietary restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
