Spring 2025/Spring Culinary Arts/Baking & Pastry Arts Productions


The Department of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management is happy to announce our spring 2025 dining production schedule. We will be offering our popular menus in both a seated dine-in experience or take-out format for lunch and dine-in only for dinner. Menus will be sent weekly for all upcoming dining productions; our first public dining opportunity will be on Thursday, January 23, 2025.

Reservations are required and may be requested by email at 11:00 a.m. on the Monday of the week you would like to dine (email: reservations@abtech.edu). We will email you regarding reservation confirmation. We accept cash or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). Personal checks are not accepted. Please remember that reservations are extremely limited. We do not accept reservations by phone. We accept reservations by email only and do not accept reservations prior to 11:00 a.m. on the Monday of the dining event. Thank you for supporting A-B Tech Culinary and Hospitality programs. Your generous tips go directly back into the programs, funding student needs in many ways! Gourmet Express Lunch Dine-In and To-Go

We are pleased to continue to offer our Gourmet Express Lunch concept. Students will learn to focus on quality execution for seated dining and take-out. Reservation times are 12:00 noon, 12:15 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. Lunches will include a choice of entrée, artisan bread, and dessert for only $15 + tax.

When making your reservation, please include the following information in your email:

  1. If you would like to dine with us in our dining room or order takeout.
  2. How many people in the party
    • For seated reservations, you may reserve from two to eight people at a table
    • For takeout, you may order and pick up for as many as four lunches
  3. Your preferred arrival time and whether you are flexible if we are not able to accommodate your first choice; please note that it is important to arrive as closely as possible to your reserved time
  4. Your menu choices if you are ordering takeout (there are no substitutions on menu items). If a menu item is no longer available we will alert you to this and ask if you would like a second choice of menu item; indicating a second choice in your initial request will assist in obtaining a reservation for takeout. You will pay for your meals when you arrive to pick them up
  5. If you will be dining in with us, you will order your meal when you are seated.

 

Classical Dinners in Fernihurst

Classical dinners will be served in the beautifully restored Fernihurst House. These dinners are our most elegant service of the year as we offer modern American versions of classical cuisine. Dinner is a five-course fixed menu, which includes tableside service elements that change from week to week. For evening dining in Fernihurst, we only accept reservations for parties of exactly four people. Seating times are 5:00 and 5:15. The cost of dinner is $35 per person plus tax, which includes a complimentary glass of wine.

Please note, as these are preset menus designed and prepared by the students, we are unable to make food substitutions due to allergies or dietary restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Window Market at Magnolia

Window Market will be held in the Magnolia lobby Thursdays 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Pastries are limited to two per item per customer. Items are $2.50 each + tax and can be paid with cash or card.
