The Introduction to Hospitality Management Certificate provides high school students with the concepts and skills needed for successful employment in the hospitality industry following graduation and the exceptional benefit of having completed 18 hours toward the Associate of Applied Science degree in Hospitality Management. This certificate offers students courses from various arenas of the industry to better introduce the many careers in the hotel and restaurant management industry. In addition, the successful completion of HRM-110, HRM-140, HRM-230, and HRM-245 led to nationally-recognized certifications with the American Hotel and Lodging Association.
