Ray Bailey Student Services Building, assists Curriculum students, faculty, and staff with a variety of services related to student records, class registration, class drops/withdrawals, college transcripts, graduation, grading, attendance, and more. Grading System

 

Apply for Graduation (Degree, Diploma, or Certificate)

You must apply for graduation to be tracked for completion. You can use the paperless Etrieve application. If you run into issues using the Etreive process, please contact the Records Office at registrar@abtech.edu or visit us in the Bailey Building. Your program advisor must sign and approve the form and verify the catalog year you are applying to graduate under. An email will be sent to your A-B Tech student email account notifying you of your program completion status. Please also keep your mailing address up-to-date in Self-Service, as we will send graduation details to your email account and/or home address. Please note that the Etrieve process starts with the student, not the faculty/staff member.
