This scholarship was established in memory of Riley Howell a graduate of A-B Tech's College Transfer program. Upon graduating from A-B Tech, Riley enrolled at the University of North Carolina- Charlotte. On April 30, 2019, Riley was a victim of a massive shooting at the university.
