Any damages incurred due to the use or misuse of A-B Tech property by any group will be the responsibility of that group. This includes paying for the cost of repairs or replacements deemed necessary by the College. As a condition of use, the user organization generally will be required to provide satisfactory assurance of financial responsibility to the College. A Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, 340 Victoria Road, Asheville, NC 28801 as additional insured is required for all nonaffiliated groups renting facilities on its campuses. A quote for adequate insurance with the option to purchase the policy may be obtained at Special Event Insurance - Liability Cancellation & More and at other similar sites.
