Payments:
Credit card payment is required when registering for Continuing Education classes online. You may use MasterCard, VISA, or American Express. If you prefer to use cash or a check, you may register by mail or in person. View CE Registration Office: Location, Hours, & Payment Options.
Refunds:
- If a student officially withdraws prior to the first class meeting, the student will receive a 100% refund; Motorcycle Safety is excluded.
- If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, a student will receive a 100% refund.
- A 75% refund will be issued (Self-Supporting classes with prefixes CSP and SEF are excluded) if the student officially withdraws prior to or on the 10% point of the scheduled hours of the class.
- No refund will be made after the 10% point of the class.
- The insurance, technology, and supply/lab fees are refundable only if a class is canceled or the student drops before the class begins.
- Refunds are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month.

This is an online class offered through Ed2Go: Nursing is a high demand yet competitive field. Nursing school candidates are evaluated on several factors, including their performance on the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS). This standardized admission test assesses a candidate’s skills in reading, math, science, and English and language usage. The TEAS Prep 1 course will prepare you to sit for the Reading and English and Language Usage portions of the TEAS exam. This hands-on TEAS test preparation course includes focused content, videos, discussion questions, flashcards, test prep tips, and practice test questions. You will learn to identify topic sentences, recognize the different forms of an argument, determine the author’s purpose, evaluate the point of view of a text, and examine conventions of English spelling and vocabulary. Admission to nursing school depends on several factors, including your score on the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS). The TEAS Prep 2 course prepares you for the Math and Science portion of the TEAS exam. With this American Sign Language (ASL) course, you can unlock this rewarding ability and master communicating with Deaf people. Throughout your online sign language training course, you will learn to fingerspell the alphabet, sign colors, numbers, objects, and family members. You will acquire a wide range of useful, everyday vocabulary that will enable you to engage in meaningful conversations with members of the Deaf community. Explore the world of stained glass with veteran stained glass artists who will teach you how to cut glass, work with copper foil, the proper way to solder and pattern design. You will be introduced to tools of the trade, safety procedures and protocol as well as most of the materials including various types of glass. When you complete the class you will have several finished projects to show, as well as a mastery of the basic skills used in the craft of stained glass. We welcome all beginners from those with no experience to very elementary knowledge. Tools and supplies will cost $150-$180. A supply list will be given the first night.
