This time of year your thoughts go to fresh vegetables and herbs from the farmers market. Discover how to create informal, stress-free meals for your family and friends. In this hands-on class you will be inspired with tips for buying and preparing local produce, growing and harvesting herbs for your warm weather dishes. You will be making hand-madeFettuccine with Asparagus, Baby Carrot Soup, Spinach and Ham-egg minis, and Mushroom and Kale Bread Pudding just to name a few recipes. Wear covered, non-slip shoes. Bring a chef knife, paring knife, wooden spoons, spatula, peeler, tongs, measuring spoons/cups, apron and containers for any leftovers. Recipes will be included. Chef Donna McCrain, Instructor.
