Free Tuition Available Through Disaster Relief Grants!
As one of 58 NC community colleges, A-B Tech already offers one of the lowest tuition rates in the nation at $76 per credit hour. A two-year degree costs about 75 percent less than traditional four-year colleges and universities, but we also have an array of financial aid, scholarships, and emergency funds to help qualified students pay for college and graduate debt-free.
A-B Tech also has received several types of Hurricane Helene Disaster Relief Funding to help our current and future students with college and related expenses in the 2024-2025 academic year. Tuition and fees will be free for most of our students through grants that do not have to be repaid.
