This scholarship was established in 2005 by members of the Asheville Rotary Club in memory of former Rotarian Dr. Harold Crutcher. It is designated for students enrolled in any curriculum program.
The scholarship application process for 2025-26 Foundation scholarships is open from February 1 to April 18.
