A-B Tech Community College offers rental spaces on our Asheville campus. Our rooms range from large conference spaces, which can accommodate hundreds of participants, to smaller meeting spaces. Rental and room usage requests are dependent on not conflicting with college course offerings and programs.
Rooms can be rented for a time period of up to 4 hours or 4 to 8 hours. Conference rooms, and classrooms, are equipped with an instructor computer, podium, tables and chairs, and projector. Classrooms are also equipped with a whiteboard.
If you are interested in holding an event on our campus, please review the following list of facilities that are available for public rentals and the associated regulations, submit an Event Application and we will contact you to discuss availability.

Parking Information/Fees: There is ample parking, including handicapped parking; parking permits are not required; parking is free of charge.
