This class is for students to gain a working knowledge of the code as it applies to residential and small commercial inspection and how to readily apply the code to day-to-day problems. The class will also help to prepare students for the qualifying examination for a Standard Certificate at Level I. Required texts include:2018 NC Fuel Gas, 2018 NC Mechanical Code, 2018 NC Energy Conservation Code ,and the Administrative Code and Policies.
