The Craft Beverage Institute of the Southeast's Brewing, Distillation, and Fermentation program is now open for admission for the 2026 Fall Semester. Orientation sessions are scheduled for July 14 at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to help you prepare for classes that begin August 24. You can register for our two-year degree program, a one-year diploma, or certificates. Learn more at abtech.edu/CBI.
