Registration Dates & Deadlines

When to Register

• Year-round registration for current and continuing students begins April 8. Students will be able to register for Summer 2024, Fall 2024, and Spring 2024.
• New students for Summer 2024 term will be able to register on April 15.
• New students for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 will be able to register on June 17.

Registration Deadlines

There is no single deadline for registration. A class's registration deadline depends on the class start date, length, and method of instruction (online, seated, or hybrid).

For classes 14 weeks or longer, students may add the class up to 48 hours after the start of the first class meeting. For fully online classes that are 14 weeks or longer, students may add the class up to 48 hours after the class’s start date (through the third day of class).

For classes shorter than 14 weeks, students may add the class until the class meets for the first time. For fully online classes that are shorter than 14 weeks, students may add the class through the end of the start date for the class.

Payment Deadlines

Summer 2024

(Billing information for Summer 2024 available at the time of registration)

• · Friday, May 10, 2024, at 12:00 noon – for classes that begin on May 16
• · Friday, May 17, 2024, at 12:00 noon – for classes that begin on May 23
• · At the time of registration – if you register for classes after May 17

Fall 2024

(Billing information for Fall 2024 is available after July 1, 2024)

• · Friday, August 9, 2024, at 12:00 noon – if you register for classes before August 9
• · Friday, August 16, 2024, at 12:00 noon – for late registration from August 9 to August 16
• · At the time of registration – if you register for classes after August 16

Spring 2025

(Billing information for Spring 2025 is available after November 1, 2024)

• · Friday, December 6, 2024, at 12:00 noon – if you register for classes before December 6
• · Friday, January 3, 2025, at 12:00 noon – for late registration from December 6 to January 3
• · At the time of registration – if you register for classes after January 3

Students must pay in full, set up a payment plan, or have financial aid fully processed and in place to hold their seats in their classes.

Financial Aid

It's not too late to apply for financial aid! You can view Financial Aid Dates & Deadlines on our website. Students who apply for financial aid late may need to set up a payment plan at Pay For Classes for possible reimbursement.

You can confirm whether you have financial aid in place by going to your Self-Service account.

Drop and Withdrawal Deadlines

There are multiple deadlines to drop and withdraw from classes for the current semester, depending on the dates of the class.
