This scholarship was established in 2018. It is provided to first-year students enrolled in the Culinary Arts program. Other qualifications include a 3.0 GPA; enrolled full or part-time; demonstrate a need by completing the FAFSA. This scholarship is also renewable for a second year if the student continues to meet the scholarship criteria. Preference will be given to students currently employed by Wicked Weed Brewing. Wicked Weed Brewing was founded in 2012 by two local families. It is located at 91 Biltmore Avenue in downtown Asheville.
The scholarship application process for Foundation scholarships begins January – April.
