This scholarship was established by Dr. Robert W. Day, Ph.D. This scholarship is awarded to second-year students enrolled in A.A.S. and diploma programs in Emergency Service and Public Safety degree programs with a 3.0 GPA; demonstrate a financial need by completing the FAFSA.
The scholarship application process for Foundation scholarships begins January – April.
