A local community college is competing for the gold. The five-member culinary team from Asheville Buncombe Community College is in New Orleans this week, competing against three other teams in what some call the Culinary Final Four: the American Culinary Federation National Competition.
A-B Tech won first place in the Student Team of the Year category at the American Culinary Federation (ACF) 2026 Southeast Regional competition in Winston-Salem on March 28.
This course is for individuals who desire, or plan to, service a Spanish speaking population. Course taught by bi-lingual Spanish/English instructor. Primary presentation of class material will be delivered in Spanish. Interpretation provided by instructor as needed.
