Asheville, N.C. (WLOS) — A-B Tech's School of Nursing welcomed potential students Tuesday, Feb. 10, during an open house event, offering a glimpse into its nursing and allied health programs.
Attendees received information about programs starting in the fall and had the opportunity to ask questions about registration and explore the facilities.
"It's for high school students that are looking to do something when they graduate. It's for folks in the community who are looking for a second career. So it's for anybody who is interested in coming back to school," said Christy Andrews, chair of A-B Tech School of Nursing.
In addition to nursing, A-B Tech offers education in allied health programs such as occupational therapy, radiography, and its vet tech program.
