Cosmetology

  • Open: September 9 - December 10
  • Spa closed: October 20 & October 28, November 25 & November 26

Appointment Times:

  • Monday: 8:45 a.m. - 1:45 p.m.
    All Patch tests at 8:45 a.m. for color services
  • Wednesday: 8:45 a.m. - 1:45 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8:45 a.m. - 1:45 p.m.

Please note: All chemical services must begin by 10:00 a.m.

Patch tests will be at 8:45 a.m. on Monday for color services that will be performed on Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. Texture services must start by 10:00 a.m.

Manicuring/Nail Technology

  • Open: October 5 - December 7
  • Spa closed: October 20 & October 28, November 25 & November 26

Appointment Times:

  • Monday: 11:30 a.m.
  • Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. & 11:30 a.m.

Pedicures are available on Wednesdays only at 9:00 a.m. Manicuring services will vary depending on curriculum needs.

Esthetic Technology (facials):

  • Open: September 24 - December 10
  • Spa closed: October 20 & October 28, November 25 & November 26

Appointment Times:

  • Monday: 12:30 p.m. & 4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 8:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m, 2:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 8:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m, 2:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m, 2:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m.

Lash and/or brow tinting requires a patch test to be performed 24 - 48 hours prior to the appointment time. If the patch test is not completed, the service will not be performed.

** Therapeutic Massage is not available within this department. **

Parking is available and marked "Spa Therapies & Operations"

GPS Location: 17 Student Circle, Asheville, NC 28801

Directions: The Birch Building is located behind the Bailey Building in the back of the parking lot. Please drive around to the back of the building and park in Spa Parking. Come in through the double glass doors under the red awning. You will be given a parking pass to place in your car.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment
