Application Period Information
Below you will find information about current and upcoming application periods for Selective and Limited programs.
To learn more about the application requirements, first, schedule an appointment with a Student Advisor on the Student Advising Appointments page. Advisors can be reached by emailing advising@abtech.edu.
Student Advisors are also available to meet in person in the Bailey Building at A-B Tech Asheville during our Hours of Operation. No appointment is necessary.
2026 Fall RIBN
Beginning September 2, 2025, until February 13, 2026, A-B Tech will be accepting applications for the RIBN program.
2026 Fall Selective Programs
Beginning February 2, 2026, until March 13, 2026, A-B Tech will be accepting applications for the following programs.
- Associate Degree Nursing
- Dental Assisting
- Dental Hygiene
- Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Paramedic to ADN
- Practical Nursing
- Radiography
- Sonography
- Surgical Technology
- Veterinary Medical Technology
2026 Fall Limited Programs
A-B Tech will begin accepting applications for Limited programs on the dates listed below.
