During 2015-16, the College developed new Vision, Mission, and Values statements as well as a new three-year strategic plan. This process was guided by a strategic planning team whose charge was to gather input from the College community. Input gathered from 22 listening sessions was used to:
- craft new Vision, Mission, and Values statements;
- establish strategic priorities for the College;
- develop goals that address each strategic priority;
- develop initiatives, strategies, and tracking measures that enable the College to achieve each goal.

Strategic Planning Links
The strategic plan for 2016-19 was extended for a year upon the announcement of former President Dennis King’s retirement. Several ongoing initiatives will continue to be tracked through October 2020.
