October 2nd 2019 A-B Tech’s High School Equivalency and Project SEARCH Recognition Ceremony was June 6 at the Mission Health/A-B Tech Conference Center. The event ranks as one of the most uplifting of the year as several graduates shared personal stories about the way A-B Tech has changed their lives.
Student Fill Empty Bowls
October 2nd 2019 Chef Instructor, Stephen Hertz ,CEC, and five first-year Culinary Arts students helped to serve soup for companies that could not attend and serve themselves at MANNA FoodBank’s 18th annual Empty Bowls. The event on September 24 at the DoubleTree had a lunch and dinner options this year.

Savell Honored for HBR Perfect Scores
October 2nd 2019 The State of North Carolina Health Plan honored 82 groups who achieved perfect scores on their Health Benefit Representatives Scorecards for the entire first quarter.

Instructors Attend Hi-Tec Conference
October 2nd 2019 The 11th Annual Hi Technology Impact Conference (Hi-Tec) was held in St. Louis in July. Computer Instructor and NSF Grant Leader Pamela Silvers served as chair of this national conference attended by over 530 people.
