Alum Performs with Marcus King Band on Late Show
February 28th 2019 The Marcus King Band, including A-B Tech alum Dean Mitchell, performed Friday, February 15, on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. A-B Tech instructor Jason DeCristofaro has taught Dean as a private music student and says he plays tenor saxophone and pedal steel guitar.
Baking and Pastry Arts Graduate Honored for Re-Entry Success
July 11th 2018 Jamie Poteat had an incredible spring this year. She graduated with her Baking and Pastry Arts degree in May, got married, and honeymooned in Paris shortly thereafter.
Brandon Priester Garners Honors At UNC Asheville
May 18th 2018 A-B Tech graduate, former SGA President, and current Event Tech Support, Brandon Priester, received two honors from UNC Asheville when he graduated with his bachelor’s degree.
