April 18th 2017 A-B Tech Community College has received a 2016-17 Minority Male Success Initiative Grant that is designed to help attract and retain minority male students.

April 18th 2017 A-B Tech Community College is hosting a Computer Technologies Expo from noon to 2 p.m. on Friday, May 5 in the Mission Health/A-B Tech Conference Center on the Asheville campus.

April 3rd 2017 A-B Tech hosted its annual College and Career Open House with a job fair expo March 30 in the Mission Health/A-B Tech Conference Center. The Find Your Future event had more than 500 attendees this year.

Stand Against Racism at A-B Tech April 13
April 3rd 2017 A-B Tech Community College will hold a community-wide Stand Against Racism event from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Thursday, April 13 in the Mission Health/A-B Tech Conference Center on the college’s Asheville campus. The event is free and open to the public.

April 2nd 2017 A-B Tech’s Women in Technology sponsored “Power Up, Power On: Empowering Women in Technology” March 16 in the Mission Health/A-B Tech Conference Center.
Annual Plant Sale on April 28
March 29th 2017 The 11th Annual Sarah R. Gnilka Memorial plant sale will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, April 28 on the Front Lawn of the Sycamore Building. There will be 70 different varieties offered, including new ones for this year. All Proceeds go directly to Sarah R. Gnilka Memorial Scholarship.
